Privacy policy.
What we collect, why, and who else sees it. Last updated October 7, 2026.
What we collect
When you request a preview, we keep what you type into the form: your business name, city, phone and email. We email you a link to your dashboard, and your email becomes your login. We keep it, a scrambled copy of your password (never the password itself) and the business details you edit when you sign in. When you sign up, Stripe collects your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
If you reached us through one of our ads, we also save the tracking codes in the ad's link (like Google's click ID and the campaign name) with your request, so we know which ad brought you.
If we emailed you first, we found your business email on your own public website. Reply "stop" and we won't email you again.
How we use it
To build your preview, contact you about it, run the service you signed up for, bill you, and keep your website and listings up to date. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
If you tick the box on our preview form, we may also text and email you about our service. We record when you ticked it. Reply STOP to any text or email and we'll stop.
Who else sees it
Only the companies we need to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, our database and the bot check on our forms), Twilio (sending sign-in codes and checking the line type), Stripe (payments), and, for clients, Google, the directories and the listings and reviews service we use to keep your listings right and send review requests. When a client asks us to send review requests, we pass that client's customer names, emails and phone numbers to that service only to send the requests. Each one handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Advertising measurement
Our site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta when someone visits our pages, requests a preview or signs up, so we can see which of our ads work and show ads to people who have already visited. Meta may set cookies to do this. You can turn off ads based on your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block third-party cookies in your browser.
These tags only load if you pick Allow in the cookie notice. If you pick No thanks, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they never load. You can change your mind anytime with Cookie choices at the bottom of any page.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in. If you allow the ad tags, they may set their own cookies, described above. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser for a year. We don't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there's no common standard for them yet.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we have about you, fix it or delete it. We'll answer within 30 days. We'll keep billing records as long as the law requires.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
