The fine print.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month-to-month. Cancel with one message and you won't be billed again.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
You can keep it for a one-time $500, or we take it down. Your domain and your Google profile are yours either way.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first month is all you pay to go live.
How do I pay?
From your dashboard. Once you like your preview, tap Go live and pay the first month by card. After that it's charged on the same day each month.
Who owns my Google Business Profile?
You do. We're added as a manager, and you can remove us anytime.
I already have a website. Can you still help?
Yes. We'll build you a new one and point your domain at it, then take over the listings and Google care.
Which changes are included?
All of them. Hours, prices, photos, a holiday closure, a new page, a new service or a whole new look. Text or email it and we make it. It's all in the $199.
Can my customers book or pay on my site?
Yes. Whatever you use now, whether that's Square, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Stripe or something else, we add book and pay buttons that open your own account. If you don't use anything yet, we'll suggest a tool that fits and you sign up in your name.
Do you handle my payments?
No. Your customers pay you directly through your own account. We never hold or process the money, and we never see card numbers. Fees, payouts and refunds stay between you and your payment company.
Do you pay for referrals?
Yes. Send us a business owner who signs up and your next month is free. There's no limit.
